Terms and Conditions

- We will start picking up inflatables at 7pm. If you would like a later pick-up, you can pay the additional fee for later pickup or an extra day.

-Tents are installed preferably on Fridays if use is on Saturdays and dismantled on Sundays.

-Please be informed that there is a 4% convenience fee for each card transaction.

-There is a 12% non-refundable cleaning and damage waiver fee on all rental items.

-Please call for commercial rates.

-Delivery charge is not the same as installation. The items that’s free installation will specify “free installation”.

- The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of drop-off or delivery.

**Permits, and Utilities**
- Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and identifying all underground utilities.

-SSPR is not responsible for obtaining necessary permits or contacting Miss Utility for underground utilities. 

**Certificate of Insurance**

-There is a $50 fee for providing Certificate of Insurance.

**Furniture Handling **
- All chairs and tables must be stacked for pickup.

**Surface Fees**
- Additional fees may apply for installations on certain surfaces (e.g., asphalt, concrete, decks, immovable obstructions, etc.).

- We do not set up bounce houses on gravel. 

- There will be an additional fee for gravel, concrete, or asphalt installation. 

$40 for 15-gallon Water Barrels, along with covers.

$50 per 300lb concrete block.  

**Weather-Related Risks**
- The client assumes all risks associated with weather conditions that may render the tent, inflatable, or other products unusable.

- Sam's Squad Party Rentals is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

-Our tents are a non-engineered temporary structure without an official wind rating. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, we recommend evacuating the tent at sustained wind speeds of 30 mph.   

-For safety reasons we will not deploy our bouncy houses if the wind is over 15 mph.

**Cancellation Policy**
-- In the event of a cancellation, we may accommodate by rescheduling the event to another date.    

**Refund Policy**
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for booking fees or balances paid.
