Terms and Conditions
- Please be informed that there is a 4% convenience fee for each card transaction.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of drop-off or delivery.
**Permits, and Utilities**
- Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and identifying all underground utilities.
**Certificate of Insurance**
-There is a $100 fee for providing Certificate of Insurance.
**Furniture Handling **
- All chairs and tables must be stacked for pickup.
**Surface Fees**
- Additional fees may apply for installations on certain surfaces (e.g., asphalt, concrete, decks, immovable obstructions, etc.).
- We do not set up on gravel.
**Weather-Related Risks**
- The client assumes all risks associated with weather conditions that may render the tent, inflatable, or other products unusable.
- Sam's Squad Party Rentals is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
**Cancellation Policy**
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will result in full liability for all charges.
**Refund Policy**
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for deposits or balances paid.
- In the event of a cancellation, we may accommodate by rescheduling the event to another date.
