We accept most forms of payment at Sam's Squad Party Rentals, including cash, credit cards, as well as Zelle. Please note, all transactions aside from cash will incur a 4-7percent processing fee.
At Sam's Squad Party Rentals, we service Orange, Culpeper, Mineral, Gordonsville, Madison, Spotsylvania Louisa, Locust Grove, Unionville and the surrounding counties, but if ordered in advance we can/and will facilitate going outside our footprint (delivery fees will be applied).
We deploy our units between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. but provisions can be made, and we retrieve between 6-8 p.m. (evening times shorten in fall months due to less daylight.) All day rentals are a maximum of 6 hours. I f you need a later rental time please advise when booking.

No, supplies are an additional fee.
Within 50 feet from an GFI is close enough and depending on what equipment is rented out. We do rent generators, and GFI extensions at an additional fee if needed.
The flattest area, and closest to a gfi power outlet is ideal, but provisions can be made.
Depending on the temperature, temporary discoloration to lawn may occur, but generally will return to original condition a few days later.
